An alleged thief is on the lam.
Greater Sudbury Police have an outstanding warrant for the arrest of Jason McGregor and are asking the public for information on his whereabouts.
McGregor is accused of breaking into a residence in the Whittaker Street area between Aug. 4 and 5.
“While in the home he stole property including identification, jewellery, electronics and money,” according to a release.
The 34-year-old also broke into a residence in the Riverside Drive area on Sept. 30, intending to commit theft, police allege.
McGregor is described as 5-foot-8 and 155 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes.
He is believed to be in the Greater Sudbury Area.
